Flatpak patches

Good day.

I wrote a manifest to package ZeroBrane Studio in flatpak. In order to add the bundle to the Flathub repository, I have to send you the patches used in the manifest. The patches roughly change the installation script, desktop and appdata files. I wasn't looking for an elegant solution that fits the entire project, but it does for Flatpak packaging.
