Auto Delimiter Surround closed apostrophes in string literals.

As per title, autodelimitersurroundselectionand autodelimiter auto "closes" apostrophes. It assumes they are single quote groupings ''instead of a single '

@ryanford-frontend, can you provide an example on where it doesn't work? I don't quite follow the description... @moteus'es package may be an option, but I'd still like the issue to be fixed, if there is one.
