Dismissing a notification should not perform the same action as clicking on it
Steps to reproduce
- Have
matuiopen and showing messages in Room A. - Receive a notification about a new message in Room B.
- Observe that
matuihas not switched over to show the new message in Room B. - Dismiss the notification (e.g. clicking the "Clear" button from GNOME's notification list).
- Observe that
matuihas switched over to show the new message in Room B.

I made it work this way because I've gotten used to it in my workflow (https://xkcd.com/1172/), where Slack messages open that chat when they are clicked OR dismissed. But you are right, dismissing them shouldn't act on them, despite what Slack does. :D
