Detex for Windows with MS Visual Studio 6.0

This guy has changed the Makefile and added a win32 directory which contains a slightly modified lexout.c and an MS Visual Studio 6.0 project file. It should be nice to incorporate this to the new sources:

There are a few comments on the web complaining that his GUI does not run on 64-bit and that the command-line does not follow include documents, so it would be nice to provide a nice and round installation. Comments here.

One can also use the autotools, in the same fashion of the TeXLive distribution, which I believe compiles it with CygWin.
