New environment file

I am sorry that I am not familiar with the usage of Github and my university have recycled my email which I used to register Github for Nanoreviser. I have suffered with my health issue for a real long time, so I apologized I miss issues you brought here.

I have remove and replaced several out of the date packages.

I have test the install process on my Mac OS system.

As for the install file for linux system, I would find a linux system as soon as possible and fix the install issues here.

For the unitest process, I noticed I have forgotten to upload the blank unitest_log.txt to the ./unitest/. If you can't run unitest.sh, do please add a blank unitest_log.txt to the ./unitest/ first.

I will renew Nanoreviser in https://github.com/LotusWang0723/nanoreviser, please find the new Nanoreviser.
