Cannot install on windows with Linker error

When I try to install this with the command specified in the readme, I get this error.

error: linking with `link.exe` failed: exit code: 1120

This happens when it's building the cargo-workspaces crate.

I'm running windows 10 rustup 1.25.1 rustc 1.64.0-nightly nightly-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc toolchain
