It's not the same, for example the account/folder list in the left pane is always kept in light theme. This custom theme is much better in my opinion.

I observe the same behavior as described above. Intel macOS 12.4 Safari 15.5 Bitwarden 1.58.0

Well, the shortcuts were always the same and it worked fine. It broke after some recent Safari / macOS updates.

Just a bump – I’m also having that issue. Streaming locally from Series X. The audio and controls still work when the video stream freezes.

Sorry for keeping silent, I didn't have much time to play games recently. I think the bug may have indeed been fixed, but I'd like to test some more. Thank...
