Take bindings out of JSON archive make it be ignored

I was trying to set <Primary><Alt>KP_0 to a GNOME shortcut, however I observed if I just comment the JSON line of this binding it didn't work. Some clue how overwrite it?

Did you restart pygrid after?

For sure! I just tried again, but if I delete some of the commands' key-value the JSON archive are ignored to build application's settings.
