MaxExclusive := ref:RDFLiteral

sh:maxExclusive: Testing a MaxExclusive parameter against a value node returns fail if the evaluation of (value node < ref) in SPARQL1.1 Operator Mapping returns false or results in a type error. (Only in PathConstraint)
