• added changelog builder
• updated deno config to use the new jsonc format (which is just a commentable version of JSON)
• fixed some bugs in app.exec and made it more robust against errors from external commands, like tea -X or tea --env. This also includes adding an error handler function that can be imported by other modules without creating cyclic dependencies between them all (eg: hooks/useFlags imports utils/error which cannot import hooks because they are both at the same level). The only thing I don't love about this solution is how we have to add cmd into err ourselves in run()... but maybe there's no way around that? It would be nice if Deno did something similar for NotFoundError so we could avoid having to do this hacky stuff here 🤔🧐😶‍🌫️
• Add Path.ts
• Change colorIfTTY to use Deno's isatty() instead of process.stdout/stderr
• Fix pantry error message when no pantries are found (and add a test)
