Include native compilation and tree-sitter support?

Sorry, yes I mean configure options:

--with-native-compilation --with-tree-sitter

Native compilation for faster elisp execution Tree sitter for better language parsing/highlighting support

looks like we need libgccjit; will have to figure out where that goes.
