update prompt for locally built gui

• there are users that built their own GUI
• when this app has been installed, and tries to update. It detects that the code signature of the newly downloaded GUI does not match the locally built one so installation fails
• we probably need to prompt either to pull the latest source code or install the latest build at tea.xyz/gui
