Relocatable tests need to involve a directory with spaces in it!

Specifically this means $TEA_PREFIX should have spaces to verify the pkg doesn’t break for users that have a space in the HOME directory name (which on macOS is very common since it defaults to /Users/Full Name With Spaces/)
