syncronize changes between Runtime and Engine (apply changes to the gamefile via imgui)

hello! i was wondering if there is any way for me to be able to change specific values in game (with imgui) that also changes the parameters that attached to that imgui but in engine

(basically sync my edits in runtime with the game engine so i dont have to copy changes manually to the actual scene and not just runtime)

because the way i use ImGui is kinda different i use it to experiment with the physics and environment of my game rather than editing the world and other stuff so when i get a perfect value i have to either pause the game go to godot apply the changes manually then come back to the game or just close the game and apply it via notes i take
