Is there any sense in excluding ToastNotification.Android.cs to another PR? Or should it wait in this PR for merge toasts implementation?
If I remove from this PR support for calling app from Toast (so, Toast would be only as displaying info; no changes in `src/Uno.UI/UI/Xaml/NativeApplication.cs`, ), would it make accepting/merging happens...

This PR (Android code) handles launch parameter; SampleApp doesn't.
