How to calculate confidence interval

Hi,

I was using geva to estimate age of a specific allele, and I got the expected output following the manual, which was excellent. I saw that on your website Human Genome Dating (https://human.genome.dating/) there is a confidence interval for each clock model of each allele. I read the "estimate.R" but I still could not understand the mathematics. So how could I estimate that interval? Thank you!
