Flag --with-pgsql unknown

When compiling with ./configure --with-pgsql --with-sieve i get the warning option --with-pgsql is unknown.

Dbmail uses libzdb for db interaction. If your libzdb supports Postgresql so does dbmail.

I will be test Dbmail with PostgreSQL 9.5+ ... there are a problem? All Dbmail features run with PostgreSQl?
