I've only realized that there's a main menu with all the function options _again_ when I talked to Natalie I also find it inconsistent that it points to the same...

Verbosity not affecting anything in the report

When I open implementation report and choose display, when i change verbosity, nothing happens. Oh, and the dropdown field is not even labeled with "verbosity" - I just assumed this...
