route path does not change when invoking a Controllogix chasis

Hey, I'm trying to obtain the identity objects for all the other slots on my Contrologix chasis, but even when I change the --route-path to 1/2 for example (backplane, slot 2), its not actually changing in the Cip Manager request packet.

Is this a bug or can this program not return identity objects for other slots/cards?
