USB port hole is not aligned with Pico on "Pico Producer 1.5 - Case.stl"
Hi, My friend and I are working on building a couple of these thanks to the work you did here. We ran into a couple of issues with the 3d print of the case.
One is that the hole for the USB port is not aligned with the Pi Pico if you use the custom printed circuit board as ordered from OSHPark. I estimate that I had to remove about 2 mm of material to the left of the hole (when looking at it from the back), and 1.5 mm of material on the top edge of the hole. you may want to remove even more material, as some micro USB cables have thick boots on the end.
I took a photo of the top plate assembled sitting in the case. I think another cause of the top not being aligned is the top plate does not fully seat into the case once assembled.

Ooo... Thanks.. I'll have a look! Mega cool that you're making a couple though.... How's everything else?
overall, great! the OSHpark PCBs were delivered in about 1.5 weeks (understandably) and worked great. the pico code and setup was easy, and it is also easy to change key-presses just by editing the python file.
That's fab then! Yeah... 3d design is definitely not one of my strong suits... I was bashing changes into Cliff Agius's existing design using tinkercad!
Can you share the tinker CAD link? or export it? I'd like to adjust a few things.
Of course! https://www.tinkercad.com/things/l5AGCo04b0O
This issue is also present with pico drop-in replacements such as the waveshare RP2040 Plus, which uses USB-C with the additional issue that the hole isn't big enough to accomodate a regular USB-C cable.
still not fixed
