Thanks for building this awesome plugin and hope it would be better compatible with the latest Obsidian.

This can be configured using the Style Settings plugin: under Quick Explorer, choose "Hide Quick Explorer".

Thanks, I didn't notice that in README. Maybe adding this info here would be helpful to remind users of this feature. image

This setting isn't working for me anymore on v1.0.3. It only works when the plugin first loads. If Obsidian is quit and reopened, the style setting option disappears and the quick explorer appears in both places again.

Deactivate both style settings and quick explorer, then reactivate them, and see if that works. If not, switch the order of activation. (The idea here is that Style Settings is apparently not noticing QE's style settings for some reason, so changing the activation order should make it work better at startup. Probably QE needs to be activated first so SS will detect it.)

Sorry I should've tried turning both style settings and quick explorer off. That has seemingly fixed it and persisted through a few app restarts so far.

Regarding your other point, I don't see a documented way to change plug-in activation order in Obsidian?

There isn't one, but the ordering follows the order you turn them on in. Turning a plugin off, then on again will move it to the end of the list.
