Feature Request: Hotkey for Hotkey Settings

Similar to the way that Community Plugins Browse hotkey currently works.

I actually have a couple other features on the drawing board that might overlap with this. For example, I'm thinking of making it so you can either edit hotkeys (and pin or unpin commands) right from the command palette, or else be able to jump to the hotkey settings for a specific command from there. Would something like that address your intended use?
