write_xml produces invalid xml

All of the & in the output (e.g. in URLs) should be replaced by & to be valid XML. A quick run of the output through xmllint should help - see also my program ged2site which also produces an XML file.

Hopefully there's a fix on the dev branch. I'll get that into the next release. Thanks very much for reporting this!
