cpancover.com: my module gets no coverage

I'm the author of Term::CLI and noticed that the coverage link on metacpan.org results in a 404. I can run cover -test fine locally, so I'm wondering why it's not picked up on cpancover.com. Is there anything specific I need to set/change?

I noticed that this happens for more modules: Devel::Cover itself e.g. has no coverage information. ;-)
