cpancover.com environment variables

It would be helpful if it could be documented which environment variables are set by the script which does coverage reports for cpancover.com — $ENV{AUTOMATED_TESTING}, etc. Not just when the test suite is run, but also when perl Makefile.PL is run.

There are various optional dependencies which I'd like to promote to required dependencies for cpancover.com to improve coverage.
