[BUG] texture quality on automatic despite being set to 0

What problem did you encounter?

v2.8.6 Setting your texture quality to 0 and saving, upon opening bloxstrap you'd see that the textures are as if you set them to automatic.

nah cuz I want it to be the lowest and its giving me the highest :sob:
