What problem did you encounter?

hi, id like to know what can potentially fix the error when you try to launch bloxstrap you get stuck on the "configuring roblox" screen or something like that. im not having the issue, i just want to know what can fix it. even if checking and testing the fixes on the wiki doesn't solve it, what can solve it? or why it happens? thanks in advanced
