[REQ] Remove "FLogNetwork" flag when activity tracking is disabled

Acknowledgement of preliminary instructions

[X] I have read and acknowledged the preliminary instructions.

What idea do you have?

The flag "FLogNetwork" is only used for the activity tracking feature, right? Then it would be nice if when I have that feature disabled, the flag is removed. I would much prefer to not have any flags that I didn't add and am not using, especially one that has to do with logging anything. Thank you.

Not like it matters much since by default Roblox always has it set to 7. We just set it too for assurance.
