[BUG] Bloxstrap not changing anything

What problem did you encounter?

No matter whatever settings I change in Bloxstrap, nothing changes when I actually go into a game. I have a custom modpack in the mods folder, the fine graphics setting on, in specifics. This is after I deleted and reinstalled Bloxstrap to fix an issue i had with loading into games (that wasn't about settings not working)
