Summary report type

Hi!

It would be great if you could choose the summary report type. For example --jpeg, --html or --pdf. snikt.R --notrim --jpeg AB.fq.gz or snikt.R --notrim --jpeg AB.jpeg AB.fq.gz

Hi Marsel,

Thank you for using our tool and suggesting improvements!

Due to current priorities, I can only invest time for critical bug fixes. But I will keep this in mind to implement whenever I get a chance. Until then, may I suggest an alternative - you can use the -k or --keep option to retain intermediate files. SNIKT makes these graphs as images and then knits the report as HTML along with numerical stats. At the end of execution, it simply deletes those (intermediate) images. With choosing to retain, you will get results at least as JPEG images.
