[DOCS] Guide: Getting Started

We need to add a Guides section to the docs, similar to the Guides in the core docs. I'll take this one since it requires adding the Guides links to the navbar as well.

Acceptance Criteria

  • [ ] Users can easily find the Guides section of the documentation website
  • [ ] The Guides section of the documentation website includes a Getting Started guide walking users through creating their first app with Pixi React
