Where does it say the script isn't running? Do you have a screenshot?

Do you have Allow user scripts enabled on the extension?

  • Go to chrome://extensions
  • Click the Details button on Tampermonkey
  • Where it says Allow user scripts make sure it's enabled

FWIW I'm using the vaft-ublock-origin script via uBo and it's still working for me. Mind you I haven't restarted my Chrome in a week or so, but ads are still blocked for me.

its nice that it works for some, but there are still cases where it doesn't for others. lately, i've been having luck with a fork i mentioned in here, so for those not having luck with the userscripts or the permalink versions, maybe give the alt a go?
