My Q buttom doesn't work in Cinema.

When I press my Q button Nothing happens, was supposed to pop up a window with options but nothing else happen, I already removed all my addons and still the same thing, can someone help me ??

Make sure your Q button is bound to "Open Spawn Menu" in the Keyboard Options in GMod.

It's not bound, I check this, I try reset to defalt keys but the problem persists.
