I also redesigned the readme and the way pongoterm is launched because upload_data.py is (I'm assuming) deprecated because it keeps failing to set the configuration while trying to upload. Instead, it just compiles pongoterm and runs the executable. The user is responsible for sending the file with /send in pongoterm and running mod load. All is explained in the readme.
