To keep everything in one place We'll be using Githubs issues Features for Documenting and Collaborating

when starting a feature we open an issue with label feature talk, where discussions can document it
any generic important structural explanations must go to the wiki once the feature is finalilsed add a new comment on the issue and close the issue
