I can’t scroll upwards on the side menu in the admin pages

Pixlfed version v0.11.11 OS: macOS 14.3.1 Browser: Firefox Nightly

It’s not entirely obvious in the video, but at the end I’m trying to scroll upwards, I even move my cursor away, let the scroll bar stop, and then try and scroll up again.
