Language name for {Traditional, Simplified} Chinese needs to be fixed

Now in the language list there are three locale for Chinese: zh, zh-cn, and zh-tw. Their language name are all "中文 (Chinese)". It should be changed:

  1. remove zh and keep zh-cn and zh-tw instead.
  2. zh-cn should rename to 简体中文（中国）（Simplified Chinese）
  3. zh-tw should be renamed to 正體中文（台灣）(Traditional Chinese)

BTW I couldn't find where the language name defines in the source code...
