Limit who is allowed to DM you
Description
Please consider allowing users the ability to turn off DMs. An on/off toggle. For ON, allow subsets by global, local, followers, etc. For OFF there should be a pop up message telling other users that this account does not accept DMs.
Use-case
The off would be a great benefit to me personally because I receive far too many random DMs from all over the Fediverse, mostly people I don't know. I'd prefer to not receive any DMs at all, but at least have the option to only allow specific groups to DM me

@RiversideBryanPixelfed Hi, thank you for making this issue.
So we do have a feature in the Privacy Settings called Receive Direct Messages from anyone and if you uncheck that and save that, you will only see DMs and notifications from accounts you already follow.
I will keep this open to track the progress of further DM controls.
