[Feature]: Suggest mutuals+followers when creating new DM

Description

When clicking on the new chat button, below the search bar should be a short list with your mutual follows (people you follow if there aren't enough) so you can more easily message them.

Use-case

Maybe you're mutuals with your friend but you forgot what their handle was and were trying to create a new chat. Then you'd be able to go through the list to find them quickly and message them. This reduces friction of navigating back to main menu, profile, then scrolling through followers or following list to try find them.
