Admin Feature Request: Hiding the "Discover" tab

Hello,

Our instance is not yet opening up for federating and is only meant for content posted on our instance. We'd like to be able to hide the Discover tab to keep the in-app experience to just our content. A toggle would be nice, so that in the future we can re enable it.
