official Docker image

Currently there are various Docker images with different versions (and trust). It would be nice to have an official and documented Docker image based on an automated, stable build.

https://jippi.github.io/docker-pixelfed/ will become the official Docker setup in the near future, it's something i've been working on for about a year, and was initially done in pixelfed/pixelfed repo directly, but temporarily spun out into its own project for faster iteration until it was a bit more mature :)
