Document Docker Setup

In the pixelfed Matrix Chat, there was a discussion about setting up Pixelfed with Docker. I personally like this choice. There seem to be official images for that.

So, the documentation should answer:

• [ ] How can we set up pixelfed with docker?
• [ ] What are the required steps?
• [ ] Who would like to review/create such a contribution because they use it?
• [ ] Which images can be used? Related Work section for the images of pixelfed.de

https://github.com/jippi/docker-pixelfed will be merged into upstream soon'ish and become the official docker setup (I'm a Pixelfed dev, focused on Docker/deployment)

There is already a bunch of docs here: https://jippi.github.io/docker-pixelfed/ that will carry over

Thank you very much for the details! Once I have a storage device that works, I will want to setup a pixelfed instance and go through the steps. Should the documentation be copied over to this documentation, too?
