Add recommendations for server specs

It would be really helpful to have something like a minimum/recommended specs table for Pixelfed instances, or even some general notes about the potential resource cost of each user. I assume that an image sharing service would require a decent amount of RAM and storage, but I'd like have a more precise idea before I spin up a VPS.
