Refresh authentication token

I noticed that after some time the app can't refresh the feed or create new posts. No error is shown.

Searching the web showed that Pixelfed expires the authentication token after 15 days. A similar issue is tracked by Pixeldroid here.

Workaround is "adding" a new account on the same instance.
