@terryheo and I are from the TensorFlow Lite team at Google. We have built tflite-runtime wheels for armv7l and aarch64, and we'd like to upload them to pywheels. Could you advice how to do that?

2.11.0 and this is still the case. I was able to install tflite-runtime 2.11.0 using some workarounds, so there is no upstream problem with the package at all anymore
