Feature request: Directly extract license info for dotnet/nuget
With newer .NET installations, I've been having a lot of trouble getting LF to properly restore/extract the packages. I have found another tool, https://github.com/tomchavakis/nuget-license, that directly reads the information from the equivalent of the lockfiles and yielded very fast and thorough results.
It would be amazing if either that tool could be integrated or LF could perform the same approach to extract the license info.
We have created an issue in Pivotal Tracker to manage this. Unfortunately, the Pivotal Tracker project is private so you may be unable to view the contents of the story.
