Asterisk shouldn't affect license permission

Related to https://github.com/pivotal/LicenseFinder/issues/460: MIT* in the license list means the MIT license, so it should probably be considered permitted/restricted automatically if MIT is. In our case MIT is permitted, but MIT* still appears in the error list.
