Neovim

Tried out these dotfiles with Neovim and things appear working for the most part. Have not conducted extensive tests.

Any interest in committing a $ ln -s vimrc init.vim here, and adding a note about an additional symlink of the repo to ~/.config/nvim?

I would accept a pull request that did this. I don't use Neovim so I don't have any context on the right way to do this.
