Update presence progression with "proactive"

Just wanted to throw in this PR before I forgot. I've noticed this a couple times and wanted to add something more to this scale. I think "empathetic" as in "putting self in others' shoes" is great, and I'd like to add "proactive" as a way to represent active consideration of others even if they're not deeply empathizing yet.
