[Bug] Using the number keys to jump the mouse a set distance is very inconsistent.

About Bug

When using the number keys to move the mouse cursor in GUI Normal mode, the jumps are very inconsistent and seem to always land in different spots. I assume that this is due to the acceleration, as doing something like 10j and holding down the j key rather than just tapping it causes the mouse to be very fast right away instead of starting slow and speeding up.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Place the cursor at a set position like the bottom of the monitor whilst in GUI Normal mode.
  2. Type a number like 15 and then tap one of the mouse movement keys like k.
  3. Check where the mouse lands.
  4. Go back to the starting position and repeat. The mouse should land in different places most of the time and sometimes not move at all.

Not 100% related, but it would be nice if the number keys also worked with scrolling so you could quickly scroll up/down on very long pages.
